Evara AccessAccess for All

Clear access information, before a customer visits.

Remote accessibility information reviews for hotels, restaurants, shops and other customer-facing businesses. We help you identify unanswered questions, explain verified details and give staff clearer information to share.

Start with a brief free initial review. If you need a detailed review or help writing information, we agree the price and scope with you first.

Website and booking information review

We read agreed public pages and booking information from a wheelchair-user perspective. You receive a list of missing, vague or contradictory access details, their effect on a customer task and practical priorities.

Access-page and FAQ drafting

Using details your team verifies, we can prepare access information and answers to common pre-visit questions. Unknown measurements or conditions stay clearly marked for checking. Publishing changes is included only if agreed in the scope.

Staff information and follow-up

We can prepare a simple answer guide and review agreed information updates. This concerns access communication, not evacuation, lifting, transfers or safety training. Follow-up work and revision limits are agreed separately.

From first enquiry to a useful report

  1. Send your website and question. Use the request form or email. You do not need an accessibility score or completed checker.
  2. Receive a brief free initial review. We identify a starting point and explain whether we can help. This does not include a complete website or venue audit.
  3. Agree any paid work in writing. We confirm the pages, evidence needed, deliverables, fee and currency, payment terms, delivery date, revisions and exclusions before you commit.
  4. Share the relevant information. Your team provides current access details and, if useful, photographs or measurements. Please do not send customer records or passwords through the enquiry form.
  5. Receive the agreed findings or draft. The report separates online observations, information provided by your team and details still needing verification.
  6. Review and improve. Your team confirms factual details and makes the agreed changes. Any follow-up review is completed within the scope you accepted.

What a finding looks like

Illustrative example: A hotel's room page says “accessible room” but does not explain the route to it.

  • Observed gap: the route is not described on the reviewed page. That does not prove the route is inaccessible.
  • What to verify: steps, lifts and relevant route details, checked by the hotel team or an appropriate specialist.
  • Suggested improvement: publish the confirmed details and give reservations staff the same information.
  • In your report: the page URL, evidence, customer question, priority and next person responsible.

This example demonstrates the reporting approach; it is not a client result.

Scope and pricing questions

What is free, and what is paid?

The brief initial review is free. Detailed reviews, drafting and agreed follow-up are priced after we understand your needs. You receive a quote before paid work begins; there is no automatic subscription.

Do you visit or certify the property?

Our current service is remote. It does not provide an on-site inspection, building safety assessment, legal compliance certification or full WCAG audit. Physical features need reliable local verification. Specialist questions should go to an appropriately qualified professional.

How long does a review take?

We agree a delivery date after confirming scope, availability and the information needed. We do not promise a deadline before checking those details.

Can you guarantee bookings or accessibility for everyone?

No. We help make information clearer and identify customer barriers. Individual access needs differ, and we cannot guarantee sales, booking growth or suitability for every guest.

What about payment, changes or cancellation?

Your written proposal states the fee, currency, payment method, milestones, included revisions and any cancellation or refund terms before you accept. Additional work requires agreement.
